Laoch Boxing products, including
but not limited to boxing gloves, equipment, and gear, are designed for use in
high-risk activities such as boxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts, fitness
training, and similar sports. Participation in these activities involves
inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By purchasing and using
these products, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Consult your physician
before participating in any such activity. Always read and follow the specific
warnings and instructions provided with our products.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By buying, using, or allowing the use of Laoch Boxing products, you
acknowledge that participation in high-risk activities is at your own risk. To
the extent permitted by law, you expressly and voluntarily assume all risks of
injury, including but not limited to equipment malfunction or improper use. You
agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Laoch Boxing harmless from any
third-party claims arising from the use of its products

DUTY OF COACHES, TRAINERS, AND GYMS

Before allowing others to use
Laoch Boxing products, you agree to: Require users (or their legal guardians if they are
minors) to read, understand, and agree to these terms. Ensure that users acknowledge the risks involved
and voluntarily assume them. Indemnify and hold Laoch Boxing harmless from any claims arising from their use of our products.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Laoch Boxing warrants its products to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for 120 days from the date of purchase,
provided the product has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, or abuse.
Warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of defective products.
This warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or unauthorized
modification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Laoch Boxing’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of
defective products. Under no circumstances shall Laoch Boxing be held
liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
resulting from the use of its products. Some jurisdictions may not allow the
exclusion of certain damages; the limitations above are intended to apply to
the maximum extent permissible under the law.

carry serious risks. These include but are not limited to injury, disability,
and death. You assume all responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of
these products. Laoch Boxing is not responsible for any injuries or damages
resulting from misuse or improper use of its products.

INSPECT BEFORE EACH USE

Inspect all products before each use
to ensure they are not damaged. If any damage is detected, do not use the
product. Return the item immediately to Laoch Boxing for evaluation or
replacement.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

Product descriptions, typographic
errors, and pricing inaccuracies are unintentional and subject to correction.
Laoch Boxing reserves the right to cancel orders containing such errors.
Please notify us if you notice any discrepancies on our website or in our

APPLICABLE LAW AND
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All sales and interactions with
Laoch Boxing are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without
regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved
exclusively in the courts located in Berrien County, Michigan. By
purchasing from Laoch Boxing, you consent to the jurisdiction of these
